Good Habits
Good Habits are nothing but the things that project you a better person in time. e.g Reading Books,Pursuing Science,Respecting People, and etc. That is something you do regularly or an addition to do an action.Brushing your teeth every morning and every night is an example of a good habit.

Bad Habits

Bad habits are things that destroy you in time.e.g Smoking Cigarettes,Gambling,Teasing Women,etc. Bad habits eventually destroy you and your life. Wikipedia says a bad habit is a negative behaviour pattern. Common examples include procrastination, fidgeting, overspending, stereotyping, gossips, bullying, and nail-biting.

Here we are going to describe some of the daily habits for a successful life.

1. Goal setting / Time management

Personal Goal setting lead to success. For setting a goal first consider what you want to achieve, and then commit to it. Set SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound) goals that motivate you and write them down to make them feel tangible. Then plan the steps you must take to realize your goal, and cross off each one as you work through them.

2. Maintain good mental as well as physical health

Survey of centurions (people who live to 100) – two things in common:

  1. they exercise every day and
  2. they have a project which they must survive in order to complete.

So you have one body and maintain it healthy.

3. Vision on Success

Vision towards an action bring you to the right way. Like “What do my parents, friends, family, society need from me?  How can I best help others? etc.

4. Financial Equilibrium

Financial success will look different for everybody: for some, being able to retire early is success, while for others building a business represents success. Whatever your ultimate goal, the steps to getting there look the same and can be applied across many goals.

Choose your friends and spend time wisely with them and that will lead to happiness. If the time consumed for unhappiness soon you can withdraw the statements and choose time wisely.

6. Self Motivation

Get good at motivating yourself.  We are not computers – we are neurons floating in a sea of hormones and we need to be careful what hormones we let flood our brain – it will change what we see and believe.

7. Accept mentoring and advising

The ideal mentor is someone who you respect, can connect with on a personal level, and who is willing to impart their knowledge. But don’t expect them to solve all your problems.

 8. Integrity

What exactly is integrity? According to the dictionary, integrity is “the quality of possessing and steadfastly adhering to high moral principles or professional standards, and the state of being complete, undivided, sound or undamaged.” Integrity, then, is having high principles and keeping those standards consistent throughout all the different parts of the self.
